Paul Murdoch was raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. After several years constructing custom wood-frame homes, Paul Murdoch decided to pursue a Bachelor of Architectural Science, followed by a Master of Architectural Science, both from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario. During his time in university, Paul also participated in various studies in Italy, Israel, and Greece, focusing on the preservation, restoration, and conservation of historical buildings.
Paul is currently an architect, and is a member of the Ontario Association of Architects. Furthermore, he possesses LEED certification. Throughout his career he has worked as estimator, project manager, project coordinator and architect in all sectors of the industry, including residential, institutional, hospitality, commercial, and industrial development. He has a keen interest in sustainable development, and the aesthetic and technical subtlety required when bringing existing fabric together with new technology and design.
Paul's frequent work alongside developers and builders ignited his passion for real estate, and he decided to pursue his real estate registration as a complement to his career in architecture. His extensive knowledge of structures and design enable him to provide an exceptionally knowledgeable experience to his clients. Paul engages in residential freehold and condominium sales in Toronto.
