Nicholaus Popadiuk grew up in Toronto, Ontario. Interested in law, Mr. Popadiuk attended the University of Guelph-Humber and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Mr. Popadiuk pursues a Doctor of Laws (J.D.) from Ryerson University.
Real estate sales was never on the forefront of Mr. Popadiuk's mind. He completed his real estate registration as a hobby and means of earning additional income. Intrigued by the lead system offered by Red House Realty, he joined the brokerage and hit the ground running. Mr. Popadiuk experienced early success completing dozens of transactions in his first few months as a sales representative. He found this activity incredibly exciting, and his hobby flourished into a full-time passion.
He cites the most inspiring moment of his career as being the moment he completed his first real estate transaction. The feeling of helping a family find their forever home made him fall in love with the field. Today, Mr. Popadiuk works closely with residential tenants and first time homebuyers.
