Raised in the Greater Toronto Area, Nazariy completed a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with Honours at Ryerson University.
After completing his degree, Nazariy ventured into the business world and founded a security guard agency. Through his business he gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship as well as the importance of customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication.
With his entrepreneurial spirit still burning, Nazariy decided to transition into the real estate industry where he enjoys helping his clients find their dream homes and assisting them in building their investment portfolios.
Nazariy boasts experience as a private investigator which has also been beneficial in his real estate career. He has honed his eye for detail and has a knack for identifying potential problems before they arise. His clients appreciate his thoroughness and professionalism. He brings a unique perspective to the real estate industry and is committed to providing his clients with the best possible service, and looks forward to continuing to make a difference in the industry. Outside of work he is involved in many community service projects and believes in giving back to his community.
