Nathan Seah was born in Toronto, Ontario and moved to Waterloo, Ontario in his teenage years. It was there that he was raised and attended high-school. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, having completed a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Civil Engineering.
Upon graduating, Mr. Seah worked for EllisDon, a multi-billion dollar construction services firm headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area. He began his career as a Project Coordinator and eventually became a Project Manager of heavy building and civil construction projects. He was recognized for his work designing new TTC networks and helping communities expand.
Mr. Seah's work in civil engineering elicited an ardentuous passion for real estate, and he decided to pursue his registration as a real estate salesperson to complement his activity as an engineer. He excels at solving complex issues and strives to maintain strong and lasting relationships with his colleagues and clients. He focuses on the sale of residential properties.
When asked what keeps him motivated, Mr. Seah argues: “Nothing impacts a person’s quality of life more than the home in which they live and the community they are a part of. As a realtor, you are being trusted by others to help them achieve the highest quality of life! What else could be more motivating than that!”.
