Mike Czerniecki was raised in Mississauga, Ontario. He developed an appreciation for business at an early age while working for his father's logistics company. Mr. Czerniecki cites having been taught incredible lessons about business and life by his father, who he identifies as a formidable businessman.
Over the years, Mr. Czerniecki has worked alongside his brothers who own a successful renovation company. He embodies these lessons in his daily operations, and demonstrates a history of operations management, renovations management and customer service.
His love for real estate commenced during this time when he saw how properties could be developed, restored, and sold to expand wealth and client portfolios.
Mr. Czerniecki attended the University of Guelph-Humber, where he completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Law. He also graduated with a Diploma in Business Administration. His initial position of employment was for the Superior Court of Ontario, where he applied his knowledge into daily practice while maintaining due process.
With the vast network of contractors Mr. Czerniecki has made throughout the years, he took the advice of his father and pursued his registration as a real estate salesperson.
Mr. Czerniecki holds that being a trusted advisor to a client makes all the difference in their experience buying and selling property. He currently focuses his activity on residential resale and investment properties.
