Throughout his childhood, David Florida has lived in numerous countries: Papua New Guinea, Ethiopia, the United Kingdom and Canada. His parents worked for firms whose operations took the family around the world. Having been submersed in so many environments, Mr. Florida developed a rich appreciation of different languages and cultures.
It was only after civil conflict intensified in Ethopia that his parents sent him to college in Oxford, UK. He went on to attend Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario and completed a Bachelor of Commerce.
Upon graduating, Mr. Florida worked in several administrative positions, but felt that working in government or the corporate world did not offer him a rewarding career experience. He desired to be his own boss, and pursued his real estate salesperson registration.
Mr. Florida's rich experience allows him to be an effective salesperson, effective at building relationships with people from all walks of life. He currently focuses his activity in residential sales and leasing.
