Raised in King City, Ontario. Mrs. Guercio has completed a Red Seal Trade in Cosmetology, where she found her passion in connecting with people. Being raised by two entrepreneurial parents, she witnessed the skills and work ethic necessary for success.
Mrs. Guercio's family has taught her the importance to develop meaningful relationships with whomever she would encounter in life. She has always cared for others and strived for creating beauty among her clientele. This passion blossomed into her ultimately running a successful hairstyling business of her own. Mrs. Guercio’s keenness for beauty and creativity transitioned into other facets of her life. While interior designing her own homes allowed her to express herself in a similar way. In doing so she discovered her love for Real Estate.
By designing and renovating her own homes she has learned about architecture, the skills necessary to change structural components, identifying great layouts and the vision to modify it. Putting herself through these gauntlets first hand ensures her competency in Real estate. Mrs. Guercio understands the stress and pressure her clients may have when making a big decision, but she always provides sound advice on to make their house a home.
