Alessandro Valente was raised in Oak Ridges, a small community in Richmond Hill, Ontario. At an early age, Mr. Valente witnessed the business activity of his family, hailing from the building and construction trade. He was inspired by real estate development.
Alessandro Valente attended the Schulich School of Business in Toronto, Ontario, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Specalized Honours in Marketing and Strategic Management. He simultaneously pursued a Certificate in Italian Studies.
In his third year of university education, he pursued a summer internship with a law firm in Vaughan, Ontario. After a tumultuous three months, he left the program promising himself two things in life: he would never become a lawyer; and, he would always be his own boss.
Having completed his real estate registration to assist his family with their regular transactions, Mr. Valente decided that he would not pursue a career in the corporate world following his graduation; instead, he would attempt to etch a fortune in entrepreneurship. He acknowledged that real estate sales was a proven framework; yet flexible enough to enable the exploration of his entrepreneurial spirit.
He quickly learned that he had an aptitude for sales and began to quickly ascend the ranks of his brokerage, a franchise of the HomeLife brand employing over one hundred fifty sales representatives and brokers. In his first full year of real estate, Mr. Valente was recognized by the brokerage as a top perfomer.
His activity led him to establish a real estate team, which initially employed six sales representatives. The activity of this team led Mr. Valente to cross paths with Wilson Cho – another formidable sales representative under the HomeLife franchise. The pair began to work together completing transactions in residential resale. They collectively developed a successful methodology in residential sales and leasing, which began to attract prospective hires. This naturally evolved into the establishment of a real estate brokerage; and in 2017, Red House Realty was born.
At Red House Realty, Mr. Valente is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the organization and implementation of its brand strategy. Each day he consults with its sales representatives and brokers and helps them achieve success in the field. Today, Mr. Valente specializes the sale of luxury residential properties and land assembly for future real estate development in Toronto, Ontario.
