Ms. Malhotra understood the world of real estate investment from an early age, having purchased her first investment property at the age of fifteen. In her twenties, Ms. Malhotra continued purchasing real estate. Ms. Malhotra learned that by buying and selling homes she began to climb the wealth chart, and wanted to help others do the same. She pursued her registration as a real estate sales representative in order to achieve this goal.
Ms. Malhotra currently operates in the area of residential resale, particularly helping first time buyers secure their first home; as well as helping residential investors purchase additional dwellings.
